Vinyl Window Tilt Lock

A quick learner from Washington, DC says:
My home has replacement vinyl windows of unknown manufacture. Several tilt latches have broken and I cannot find anything that remotley resembles them. I have attached a photo of the latch. Please help!

If possible, please submit a photo of the til latch attached to the window. Also, please include dimensions along with your submission.

It appears your top tilt is set up as a security latch, where you have to use a screwdriver to tilt the windows out.

Will do. Yes that is a security feature, though I have never used it. I will try to get some dark material behind the latch so you can better see the "tab" at the end. This is the piece that inserts into the groove on the window frame and is what has broken on three of these units.
