1. I need lock/unlock type shoes for single hung vinyl windows. The shoe is 1 and 3/16 inch wide. It is 1/2 inch deep. I don't know the malefactor, but may be Glen-Wen. I suspect they were purchased from Lowe's or Home Depot. The flat metal that covers the coil spring and pulleys is 28 inches long. The following is printed on it: "27 5 iv cmc 3"
2. I need top screw cover. There are two screws, one probably holds spring to plastic cover, and the other holds plastic and spring to top window frame.
3. Important: How do I remove shoe from window frame channel?
