Vinyl double hung windows

A home owner from New Bern, NC says:

Hello!
Just bought a house with broken coil balances as pictured.
No manufacture marking except found "Tru-Therm 1997" stamped in metal spacer between thermo-glass pains. Sashes are 17.5" high. Channel that shoes fits into looks like - 1 1/4" x 9/16".
Do you have replacement coils or complete assemblies?

Thanks for posting! Please look at our 15-111 pivot shoe and Series 160 coil balance spring. These parts appear to match those in your photos, but look over our information to confirm.
