Viplex Casement Operator (Window Crank) with "Truth" Brand

A quick learner from Union City, California says:

I am looking for 4 identical pieces of Casement Operators / Window Cranks. See pictures. These operators were for Viplex Brand widows which I had installed in 2007. The operators are all worn out and we can no longer operate the windows. We have to do them manually. These operators have the "Truth" brand in them. I wonder if you can help me.....

If there are no parts available, are there substitutes that would do?

Hi Andy. I believe you have an older style of our 39-013 and 39-014 operator. However, these should still work for you. Please take a look and let us know what you think.
