Weather Shield Dual Arm crank out hardware.

A quick learner from Portage MI says:
I need some help with my 1986 Weather Shield windows. They are Casement crank outs with bad hardware. The double pain, wood windows are in good shape except for the cranks, which is why I am trying to save them. As you can see from the pictures the worm gear pushes right out of the housing when I try to close the windows. I have 3 windows all with the same problem. When closed the arms measure 25 3/4 inches wide. I have included a picture of the arms in their track. When open they extend 11 5/8 past the base of the crank. Pleae advise

Thanks
Paul

Thanks for posting, Paul. Check out our 39-348 and see if you think this could work as a replacement.

I have the same Weathershield Windows as Paul in Michigan. Did the 39-348 work as a replacement part?

Thank you.
