Weight Option

A home owner from Sacramento, CA says:
17" Series 390 Channel Balance - I need to order replacement channel balances for my window, but dont know what weight option to choose. My existing balance is stamped "16 D" and "B.S.I."

Is this enough information to decipher the correct weight option?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
A stamp of 16 D often corresponds to our 1640 option, but you may want to weigh your sash and compare what you get to the chart on the S390-17 store page to be sure that's right.
