Weight identification

A quick learner says:

I have identified my balance as a 34" Series 350 Channel Balance Product Code: S350-34. I need to identify the weight for the window? On the balance it is stamped with 33-9 KX CMC 11. According to the web site chart these dimensions do not correspond to any of the weight scales. Can you identify which window weight balance I should purchase by the provided stamped dimension? Thank you.

I'm afraid that your stamp does not tell us what you need. Have you weighed your sash on a scale yet? That's the best way to determine what you need. Once you know the weight you can simply match it up to our chart. If none of our existing options covers your weight, though, let us know and we can work from there.
