Can you please tell me which pivot shoe fits an Owens Corning window. The model on the window is: FDH. It measures: 2 1/8" long, 1/2" wide and I cannot get an accurate measurement accross the shoe while it is in the track. Sorry...

I'm afraid I do not know what pivot shoe Owens Corning windows use. Could I see a few pictures of it? I will also need to know its width (your measurement of 1/2" is likely the depth). It may be easier to remove the shoe first before you take pictures and measure. See the video below for instructions how.

I just replaced a pivot shoe in an Owens Corning Model FDH window. The Swisco 15-047 was an exact replacement. Be sure to get the spiral balance charging tool to make the job much easier.
