What Sash Balance do I need to order

Hey, Chris. It's tough to say what you have based on these pictures. I think it may be our S395-27, but it would depend on your nylon caps at either end. See how well they compare to ours.

As for the stamp, that usually tells you how strong the spring is. It's actually not used in identifying the Series. Yours is an older type; we don't have anything that ends in "9," but one of our modern stamp options may still work. You will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart we have on the S395-27 store page to determine the best choice.
