What company made this window

A quick learner from Boston says:
My window came off the pivot pins. I can't figure out how to get the window back in the holes???? Do I need to get new pivot pins? They dont retract so I can't see how they would get back into the holes.

Thanks for any suggestion.

Thanks for posting, Jane. First, look at the beginning of the video below. Here you will see how to remove the sash.
After you remove the bottom sash, use a flat head screw driver to turn the center nylon cam (where the pivot pin goes) and turn it towards you. Then bring it down about 6" to 8" and turn the cam back to the horizontal position. That will lock it in. Finally, slip the one pivot bars into that shoe and swing the other pivot bar into the other pivot shoe and bring that side of the sash so that it's horizontal. You should now be able to tilt the sash back into place.
