What option for S775?

A home owner from Gastonia, NC says:

I need to purchase a balance and several balance shoes. My existing balances is 32" long and has a 1" shoe. I have identified the balance as Series 775 and S775-32. However, stamped in the balance channel is "32B". The only option I find for a 32B" uses a 1 1/4" shoe. What balance do I need to order?

Thanks for posting, Mike! It's possible that your balance may need to be custom made. Before we go ahead with that, though, I think we should confirm the weight of your window sash, first, just to make sure.

The 32B option, in this instance, can carry a window sash weight range of 14 through 20 pounds. Does the weight of your window sash fall within that range?
