What option is required

A quick learner from Washington State says:
A 30 x 30 inch double pane up sliding window
Channel has a marking of " 26 4 AN Caldwell"
The channel is 28" length.
It has by the pictures a 15-004 and 19-005 on the ends.

What channel should I order for replacements?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
"26 4" is the ticket. It tells us the length and the option. All you need to do is verify the Series.

If you have 15-004 and 19-005 end pieces, then you most likely need S385-27. Re-measure the metal channel. By itself, metal to metal, it should measure 27", not 28". Let me know if there's a discrepancy.

As for the "option" that you need to place an order, it's probably 2640, based on your stamp. Check the weight of your window sash to verify. It'll be between 19 and 26 pounds, if the option is correct.

Go over all that info before you place an order.
