Wheel Diameter

A home owner from georgia says:
My rollers look exactly like this model except that my wheels are 1-1/2"
Product Code: 81-023

Should I use?
Product Code: 81-004

Dave from SWISCO responded:
I can't say for sure. There are more differences between these two rollers aside from just the wheel diameter. For instance, the 81-004's housing is 3/4" wide, while the 81-023 is thinner at 11/16".

Could we see a picture of your existing roller out of the door? Can you also confirm that all of your dimensions are identical to those we list for the 81-023?
A home owner from Georgia says:
Thanks for responding.
The dimensions for my roller are the same as the 81-023 except for the wheel.
3/4" wide on the 81-004 is too wide for the door track so it will not work.
Could the 3/4" dimension be a typo?

Dave from SWISCO responded:
Thank you! I believe you should be able to still use the 1-1/4" roller. You should be able to adjust the roller to the proper height to make up the difference.
A professional from CA says:
I think the confusion is that 3/4" is the outermost dimension of the housing. The wheel is a standard width. Usually around 5/16" wide.
A home owner from Georgia says:
Thanks Dave,
I think adjusting the 1 1/4" wheel will work.
