I would start by looking at our 82-035 door handle set as a possible replacement. Carefully compare our pictures and measurements to your own hardware to confirm that they are the same.
A home owner from Colorado Springs says:
That's not it. The outside handle is white. Don't you have a direct correlation to Part number 22650?

Paul from SWISCO responded:
I'm afraid not. Numbers printed on the hardware itself is not always reliable, since manufacturers change those all the time. If the 82-035 does not match, then please show us a couple pictures of your hardware so that we can recommend something better. Please also provide your measurements, including the distance between the installation holes.
A home owner from Colorado Springs says:
The distance between holes is 3 15/16 inches, but the door thickness is only 1 1/2 inches.

Thank you! This looks like our 82-079 handle set. That said, you could still probably use our 82-035 or even something like our 82-069. The hole spacing is the same and many doors can use these handle sets interchangeably.
