Window Balance

A handy person from Conway, SC says:
I ordered some window balances from Swisco.com last year. They were the wrong balances, I believe we ended up eventually getting the correct products. My question is, can I send you in one of the current correct balances and have you guys match it up with the correct replacement balances/t-lock kit. Also, I have an email from Steve from February 18 2016 stating that we have a "credit for full value on our account" for the wrong items, is this credit still valid?

Hello, Chandler. We have received your sample, and I'm afraid you will need an all new balance. Our 15-194 shoe will not fit your balance as it is. I'm thinking of making a S795-30 for you, but with the bottom shoe swapped out for the 15-194 and the top clip swapped out for the 15-198. Does that look good to you? If so, let me know how many you need.
