Window Balance Replacements

A home owner from Palm Coast, Florida says:
To whom it may concern:

I am including pictures of the hardware needed for my single-hung Nuair windows. I am hoping that, from the pictures, you can determine what is the proper window balances. The windows are a 900 series MST 4565, and were installed in the house in 1992. Please let me know if any additional information is needed to complete this transaction.

Thank you,
Paul

Thanks for posting, Paul. I'm confident we can help. I've narrowed the type of balance you have down to two possible replacement Series.

The first is our Series 390 channel balance, which comes with our 19-002 and 15-001 nylon caps. You will need to carefully go over the pictures, measurements, and information we show for these parts to confirm that they are a match.

The other possibility is our Series 351 balance. This comes with our 19-002 and 15-002, instead. As you may have noticed, the only difference between this balance and the Series 390 is the shoe. Again, you will need to measure your hardware and refer to our information to confirm the best match.
