Window Balance Stamp

A quick learner from Texas says:
Hello,
My current window balances need replacing and have a 2740 stamp on them, but I see this is rated for 19-26lbs. I have weighed the window itself and it actually sits at 30lbs so I'm assuming I would actually need a 2750 or 2760 stamped balance.

Also, the current balance is 28" long and would need the 1/2" balances, but what are the differences in the model numbers that you have available?

Thanks,
Mason

Thanks for posting. I see you were looking at our S385-28. Is this the Series you need? Series is determined by the size and style of the nylon ends. If so, the 2750 or 2760 stamps would be the way to go. I would get the exact weight of the sash just to be sure, in case it leans a little more one way or the other.
A quick learner says:
After looking at the ends I ended up buying the S395 because of the winged top and non winged bottom. Thanks for your help.
