We may be able to help, but I'm having trouble making out what kind of balance this is. Do you have a version of this balance where the clip at the end of the cord is undamaged? I'd like to see that undamaged clip, if so. I would also like to see the shoe to which the clip attaches.

We were able to find the broken shoe.
