Window Balancers for ATRIUM Windows

A purchasing agent from Pekin, IL says:
Sir, attached are two pictures of the balancer in what I suspect is an Atrium Double hung tilt window.
These windows are installed in a USDA Rural Property operated by the Housing Authority of the City of Pekin.
Thank you for your assistance.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Hey, Michael. I'm having a tricky time identifying this one. Is there any way you can remove the pivot shoe in your second picture from the window and give me its width and thickness? I would also like to see the pivot bar that interacts with it. Finally, please tell me if anything is stamped on the coil springs themselves.
A quick learner from Pekin, IL says:
There is a "5" stamped on each coil spring,

The unit is 1.250" Wide.
It is 0.535" Thick.
The two screws are 1.250" Center to Center.
The length is 3.700".

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Thank you. How about our 15-191 pivot shoe and Series 160 coil spring? Could these work for you? The "T" ends lock into the pivot shoe, then connect to the other coil spring via that rectangular hole. For the cover, see the 15-150D, which would be held in with a 33-090 screw. Let me know what you think.
