Window Channel Balance

A home owner from Salt Lake City says:
I have two broken window balances.
I have added photos of one balance.
It's 15" L and 1/2" Wide.

Not sure which part to order can you please advise?

Hello. Let's narrow it down. Based on your printed stamp and plastic ends, I can see you need either an S380-15 or an S385-15. Either way, you appear to need the 1440 option for a window sash weighing 12 to 13 pounds. Check that weight. If it's not 12-13 pounds, you need to select the weight option that matches your sash weight.

As for the Series, you can decide by measuring the bottom shoe. If you measure like in the photo below and come up with 1", you need S380-15. If it's 1-3/32", you need S385-15.
