Window Channel Balance footings

A contractor from Atlanta says:
I am attempting to order New Window Channel Balances of the 1/2" or the 28" long balance with the 2730 stamp on it but I am not sure which type of footing I need to have to match. I was thinking it may be 19-002 on top and 15-002 on bottom but it is really hard for me to be sure, do you have any suggestions?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Thanks for posting! I suggest you measure the depth of the shoe on your old balance. If it is 1", take a look at our 15-002 to make S351-28; if it is 1-1/8" take a look at 15-001 to make S390-28. With a weight option 2730.
A contractor from Atlanta says:
Thanks for your response. It seems to be like .8" so I would assume the 15-002 option is the correct one?

I think that's a safe bet. If your depth is under 1", it's possible that it just wore down over time.
