Thanks for posting! Your balance closely resembles our Series 770 tilt window channel balance. You will need the metal channel length and stamped number. As for the pivot shoe, we believe yours could be 15/16" wide by 9/16" thick. If so, we recommend the 15-179.
A quick learner says:
Do I need to give only the length of the metal channel(meaning do not include from top to bottom which includes metal channel and string and bottom glass holder clamp?)?
And what is stamped number? where can I find it?

Please let me know.

Thank you,
Janak

You would only want to measure the metal channel. Do not measure anything else. The stamped number should be right on the metal channel itself. If it's not, you'll have to weigh your sash on a scale to determine the proper stamp option.
