Window Crank

A home owner from Minnesota says:
I have a right swing and a left swing window crank (only one is shown in the picture) that I need to replace. The black part should have a white handle connected to the end (that is the part that broke). The width of the mounting flange portion (where all the holes are) is 3 5/8". Both arms are 4" long when measured straight line from pivot to pivot (or end) point.

I need help identifying which replacement parts I should order.

Thanks,

A home owner from Minnesota says:
Looking through your website, I see that what I really need is just a handle. I am looking for a fold down crank handle that has a spline broach (see pictures). All I could find on your website was hex socket styles.
