Window Crank - Need help to identify

A quick learner from Columbus, OH says:
I ordered a 39-259 window crank from you guys that I thought to be the correct window crank. It turned out that all measurements are correct, but the window doesn't close completely. After measuring the arm that comes out of the window crank I saw the issue:

- My old window crank has a full arm length of about 4.30 inch (2016-06-03 21.18.32.jpg and 2016-06-03 22.20.54.jpg):
- inner part of the arm: 2 1/6 inch
- outer part (which is hooked into the window): 2 1/8 inch

New window crank has a full arm length of about 4 1/2 inch (2016-06-03 21.19.55.jpg):
- inner part of the arm: 2 1/2 inch
- out part of the arm (which is hooked into the window): 2 inch

Unfortunately, I do not have more information than that. Any idea which part I need?

Thank you!!

Take a look at our 39-084 right hand crown operator. Maybe this one is closer to what you need.
