Window Cranks EntryGard 30350

A home owner from Rochester New York says:
I ordered the window cranks 9 1/2 with the 3 3/16 per your recommendation after viewing the pictures I sent of the broken cranks that I have. This is my second order that needs to be returned due to non fitting cranks. The first one my fault and now this current order does not fit as well. I really need to get replacement cranks that will fit. I am attaching the pictures again in hopes that I can get the correct size. If we could please expedite a resolution it would be appreciated. Anxiously awaiting your response.

Thank you
Gary
