Window Hardware

A quick learner from USA says:
Think I need part numbers 39-413 and 39-348? If so do the clips come on the sill mounted operator? Should I replace the shoe studs? What are the dimensions of the crank body as I measured in my pictures? Are they the same?

Also my window hardware is straight, it doesn't have a upward bend. Looked like yours did? Will this make a difference.

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
Hello! I agree, the awning operator looks like a good match for our 39-348. Just make sure the end detach clips match up with the ones on your operator arm. As for the casement operator, it looks like you have the older square style body. I think our 39-028E should be the one to match your window. The base has a rounder shape, but this is just aesthetic.
