Window Hardware

A home owner from Oak Lawn IL says:
I am looking for replacement hardware for my windows. I attached pictures of the hardware. I need two that open a casement window to the right and two that open to the left.

There is a engraved number on the extending arm OP05-2020 U
There is a stamped number on the bottom OP05-7565 and the date Feb 22 2006. OP05-7564 and the date May 11 2006.
There is an engraved number on the bottom OP05-1517 and OP05-1518.
It also has the name ROTO engraved inside a triangle.
