Window Master 420 parts

A quick learner from USA says:
I have tried sending this to your discussion section but have heard nothing back. can you help??

I have attached photos for what I am looking to replace marked 2430. The length of the channel balance is 25" width 1" depth 9/16 to 5/8 This is for a Window Master series 420
I was looking at the series 377 but not sure that that is correct. I have additional windows that are larger and stamped with different numbers and want replacements for them as well.I know that the numbers on the balance relate to weight. The first picture is the botton of the balance and the second the top.
Can you please advise

Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.

Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

The actual measurement is 1 3/32, so I guess it is the 385 series
A home owner from California says:
Just looked at the 385 series and notice that the top is slightly different than my original. Will that have any effect??

Tom from SWISCO responded:
I don't think so, no. All the top has to do is catch the take-out clip, and I see no reason why yours would do that any differently than our 19-005.

Thank you for all your help.

I just ordered 25 new channel balances for the house and looking to being able to open and close windows with ease again!!
