Window Opens, but wont shut

A home owner from Nashville says:
Hello,
My crank works when I open, but the handle pulls out when trying to close. How can I identify what I need in order to get the correct replacement parts?

Thanks a lot,

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Looks like the gears on your operators are broken, which means you need a new operator entirely. It's hard to tell exactly what you have, but see our 39-031 and 39-032. Just make sure to carefully compare our information to yours.
