Window Parts needed

A home owner from Arlington, MA says:
Good morning,

Attached, please find two photos I've taken in an attempt to identify my broken window sash. Here's what happened:

I think I attempted to tilt the window before lifting it up high enough. As a result, I broke the two C-shaped brackets that usually travel in the track with the bottom sash (see attached picture -- I need one for each side, and you can see that they're now stuck in the track, and that a bit of metal has broken off). I also seemed to have broken the two plastic tabs that keep the sash from flipping open. I do not have pictures of those, but they're at the top of the sash.

I'm not sure who manufactured these window as they were there when we moved in. I did find the one sticker of which I've taken a picture and attached here.

Can you help?

Thank you!

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Hello! Please see our 15-175 pivot shoe and Series 152 coil spring. I believe this hardware could work for you but it's important that you make sure our style and dimensions match your hardware, so look each suggestion over carefully.

As for the tilt latches and pivot bars, I've related a couple that you may want to consider which you can see on the right side of this page.
A quick learner from Arlington, MA says:
Thank you so much! Any chance you could point me toward replacement instructions? Also, will I need "spreaders" to get the broken piece out of the track?

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Not necessarily. Check the top of the track for a cutout that will allow the shoe to come out without issue. Also be sure to watch the following videos, they should help.
