Window Pull?

A contractor from Atoka, Tennessee says:

My installers brought in this part for a customer's window. It DOES have a number (actually 2 numbers). They look like this on the part

We've been having trouble tracking this down. Could there be more to this? I've never seen a pull with a shape quite like this. If this is damaged, in some way, can you show us an unbroken piece? Or maybe if we see it installed, it'd provide some clue. Thank you!
