Window Replacement Arm and Window Replacement Latch

A home owner from Chicago, IL says:
The arm that extends the window out when turning the arm crank has become disconnected from the bottom of the window so I am guessing we need to buy a replacement kit. Also, one of the window latches is missing on one of the windows, preventing us from securing it closed so we need that replacement part as well. We have included some measurements in the pictures. Please let us know what other info is needed. Thank you.

Good morning, and thank you for posting. For the operator, check out our 39-027E. This appears similar to your own hardware. See the 39-028E for the opposite side. As for the locks, it looks like you might have the older versions of the 38-097 and 38-098. If you agree, you'll also need the new keeper, our 38-079.
