Window Replacement Parts

A quick learner from North Carolina says:
My wife and I bought a house in North Carolina, that we knew had some issues.

One of those issues is the windows. They are the double hung variety, and many of the upper portions slam to the bottom when the lock is disengaged. I thought it would be an easy fix.

But, finding parts has been a problem. I'm hoping you can help.

Let's start with the Pivot Lock Shoe. I've attached some pictures. They are:
Length 2.5 inches
Width 1.25 inches
Depth 0.625 inches

Looking at your photos, the balance shoe looks a lot like our 15-178, which is 17/32" thick. We don't have this style with a 5/8" thickness. Can you confirm?

Our 75-006 charging tool would be helpful in re-charging your spiral balances.
