So we ordered parts for our old Window Master windows but we want to be sure we ordered the right ones. They are on backorder til the end of the month but if we know they are the right ones we will wait.

To confirm your order for the correct Series 380 balance, I need to know the length of the metal channel by itself, and I need the imprint on the channel. Can you get that information and come back?

Take a look at the S380-28 with a 2740 stamp option. If you want to check the stamp, you can remove and weigh your window sash. The 2740 option for this balance can hold between 19 and 26 pounds.
