I am looking for balance rods, connectors, plastic covers ect in the attached picture.. If you have them I need to know costs.

Hello! For the spiral balances, can you tell me the diameter of the outer white tube? If it's 3/8", I recommend our Series 900 balance. If it's 5/8" or 9/16", see our Series 600 instead.

Would you also be able to measure the pivot shoe? I need its thickness and width. With that, we can recommend a match.

I'm afraid we do not sell the covers you show.
A quick learner from Florida says:
It is 3/8 diameter on the balance.

The Pivot shoe is 1" wide by 2" long by 3/8 deep. The round part with the rectangular insert is just over 3/8" About 3/8" plus 1/16th.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Thank you! From your photos and dimensions, I recommend our 3/8" diameter S900-29 spiral balance. As for the pivot shoe, I think the company that made yours is out of business, but I think you might be able to substitute it with our 15-212. Please review it and see what you think.
A quick learner from Florida says:
Okay, what color tip for the Mi165 window. The original tip is whitish, but has yellowed over time.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
That would depend on the weight of your sash. If you are unsure what your old tip color was, I recommend weighing the sash on a scale and referring to the chart on our S900-29 store page.
A quick learner from Florida says:
Last question. Do you have the balance rods in white, since all of the other balance rods are white in color.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
I'm afraid we do not. They do not make balances with white nylon covers much anymore since they are more likely to break and grow brittle from sunlight exposure. All of our spiral balances have metal tubes, but last much longer.
A quick learner from Florida says:
The tip is definitely white. While it has yellowed over time. So which color do I order?

Paul from SWISCO responded:

Since white is not one of the colored tip options, I would recommend for you to do as Tom previously recommended, which would be to weigh your sash on a scale and referring to the chart on the S900-29 store page.
