Unfortunately it looks like the window frame has been worn to the sides of the axle. New wheels may wobble around in the slot. They may work nicely, and at the price it's probably worth the gamble. I never make any promises with this type of repair.

I would try swapping the top and bottom rails. This will put fresh aluminum slots for the wheels at the bottom.
