It's hard to make out. One of the key aspects of identifying the balance is matching up the top and bottom nylon attachment, and your picture is a little unclear. I recommend starting with our S380-24, which comes with our 19-005 and 15-005 pre-assembled. Carefully go over our pictures and measurements for each of these parts and let me know if the S380-24 is the right match.
