Window Sash Guide replacement

A quick learner from Yorba Linda, CA says:

I just ordered two sets of 34" Series 350 Channel Balances last week and as I was replacing the balances I noticed significant wear and tear as well as damage to one of the sash guides. What would be my best bet to replace these aluminum guides? I included dimensions as best as I could. Thank you for your help.
