Window Spiral Balance Installation missing/broken Parts

A quick learner from Charlotte, NC says:
I am installing two 31"Series 900 Spiral Balances to a window.

On the left upper side of the window frame, the plastic piece that the screw attaches the spiral balance to broke off. I attached a picture of the plastic piece from the upper right side to show which I'm referring to. Would a suitable replacement part be 67-015?

Another problem, on the bottom right of the window. The part that attaches the window to the frame is missing. I attached a picture of where the window should attach to the part on the frame, and nothing on the bottom of the window. I'm not sure what this part is called, not sure what is needed to complete this.

Thank you for your help!

Thank you for posting. I would double check what Series balance you have. Just by eyeballing it, it looks like you have our Series 600 instead. What is the diameter of the outer tube?

The plastic piece at the top of the frame looks like our 26-200 screw plug. See if that matches up. As for the piece at the bottom of your window sash, it sounds like the pivot bar. Check on the other side of the window or maybe another, identical window in the house to find one to compare to our selection.
