Thanks for posting! Unfortunately, I cannot identify this balance's Series based on these images. Could you also upload a few pictures of the plastic attachments on either end of the balance? Thanks!

As for the top sash guide shown in your upper-right hand picture, could you give me its dimensions, as well? That will help us find a replacement.
A quick learner from San Marcos, CA says:
Thanks Tom for your response,
Attached are requested pictures of the plastic attachments at either end of the balance.

The dimension of the balance is 34" x 5/8" x 5/8".

Requested Sash Guide dimensions are 5/8" x 1.5".
See additional pictures.

Ah, I see. I recognize this balance. This is a weird one, and has to be specially made. We can do it for you, but I'll need to see one last thing. There should be a metal clip at the end of the cord. Could I see a clear picture of it? We can then work from there. Thanks!
A quick learner from San Marcos says:
Additional clip photo information requested. The window other side balance for this window has a split wheel in the block as can be seen in the additional photos so the balance pair need to be replaced. The steel portion of the channels is 32.5 in long. Adding the plastic end pieces give total length of 34 in.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for getting back to us.

I will email you a custom ordering link for the balances shortly.

As for the top sash guide, the closest I see is our 18-008, I believe this could work because the width is the same as your original, take a look and compare the width and depth to see if you think this could work.
A quick learner from San Marcos, CA says:
Sash Guide 18-008 is not compatible. I am providing additional pictures of the sash guide with additional photos and dimension information. The Sash guide is 5/8W x 1+1/2L x 1/2H. Top elongated screw hole is 3/16 from top and lower screw hole is 7/8 from top. Your closest model is 18-188. On the backside of the sash guide is legible label "M513" which can be seen in one of the attached photos.

I would like to order in addition to two balance systems, 4 sash guides, 2 block and tackle consisting of line and blocks with extra block wheels, since the balance system is intact except for the block & tackle.

Thank you for your cooperation and Best Regards<

Thank you for the additional information. Based on your dimensions, I recommended our 18-188. This may be better for you.

I'm afraid we cannot sell the individual components of a balance, like the pulley block and cord. You would have to buy a complete new balance.
A quick learner from San Marcos, CA says:
What is the necessary information to order balance systems and upper sash guide?

We sent you an order link for the balances, so check your email to see if you got it. Once you follow the instructions on the order link we sent you, it will add a part to your cart. From there, you just need to add whatever other parts you wish to purchase to your cart as well, and then select "Checkout."
