Window channel Balance identification

A home owner from Dallas, Tx says:
Please help me identify this balance, I'm unsure of the shoes. I believe it is either a 351 or 390. The channel length is 29'.

Thanks.

Hello! The difference between the Series 390 and Series 351 is the size of the shoes. I recommend that you compare the dimensions of those two SWISCO balances to your own to determine which is a closer match.
A home owner from Dallas, Tx says:
Hi,
with a digital caliper I'm getting a reading of 1.066, putting me in between the two. What is the tolerance? should I go over or under?

Ah, I see. In that case, I think you'd be okay with the S351-29, which has the smaller shoe.
