Window channel balance

A quick learner from Texas says:
I want to replace a window Chanel balance with the end hardware as shown. It measures 28" in length (metal Part only and measurement does not include plastic end hardware), 9/16" width and slightly more than 1/2" in channel depth. The only thing stamped on the metal is "27-4"

The sash weighs 22 lbs in total. Do I enter the total weight in your website or half of it since there are two non tilting balances supporting the sash in the window?

Would like to confirm that a suitable replacement would be 28" series 395 option 2740.

I agree, the S395-28 looks like a good match. As long as your nylon ends match the 19-005 and 15-001 that come with it, you should be okay. The 2740 is also the appropriate option, though you can always weigh your sash to confirm.
