Take a look at our 15-180 pivot shoe. If you also need the coil balance, I recommend the Series 190 spring.
A quick learner from N. Y says:
Not knowing what size my window takes I bought the ( S152-5 ) coil balance. Needless to say it was way too big. My coil has the # 432 stamped on. Should I buy the 1lb or the 2lb coil. Don't. Worry. I won't hold you to it if you are as wrong as me. Eventually I'll get it right.

For a spring stamped "432," I think you could use the S190-440. Each of these springs can carry 4 pounds individually. Since you use four springs altogether, then I'm going to guess that your sash weighs 16 pounds, just about. That'd be perfect for thee S190-440. You may want to confirm just in case.
