Screw came out of Window crank

A home owner from Nebraska says:
Hi,

The very bottom of the screw portion of this window crank is broken, so it doesn't catch the gears on the assembly and we can't open or close our window.

The number stamped on the arm is 45012. Can you help me find a replacement? Thank you!

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Looks like the gear bore came out, which means that the whole operator will need to be replaced. It's hard to tell what you have based on these pictures, as I cannot see the whole part, but take a look at our 39-031 and 39-032 to start and let me know if these match. You could also consider our 39-155 and 30-156. Carefully compare dimensions to ensure that you have a match!
