Window crank for octagonal awning style window

A handy person from Fallbrook, CA says:
Hello,

Unfortunately, there are no stamps or markings anywhere to be found. This window is no less than 18 years old. As you can see from the photos, the operator is mounted onto the side of the window casing as opposed to the sill. Any chance you may have something along these lines? Thank you for your time!

Thanks for posting. We don't have this exact operator, but our 39-020 is close. The only issue is the size of the arm; ours is too long. However, look at your arm gears. Are they damaged? If not, you may be able to swap it out with the 39-020. Take a look and see what you think.
