Window is missing the original channel balances

A contractor from Denver says:
Hello

I have a non tilt window that is missing both of the channel balances, I do not have anything to reference a part number when ordering a channel balance set from you. Are there other ways I can determine what model I should order from you?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Good Morning,

Take a look at the other windows in the house. See if any of the other windows are of the same style and have the original balance still intact. You could use that window's channel balances as a sample.

If you can find a sample balance, take pictures of both the top and bottom of the channel balance and post those images here. Also, note in your reply if the window you took the sample from is a different size than the window you are replacing the balances for.
A contractor from Denver says:
Matched them to the 390 balances, I removed another window in the house measured and placed it on a scale.

Thanks!
