Window latch replacements

A quick learner from New Orleans, LA says:

My Getty operators worked out well.
It turns out that some replacement latches for the bottom windows are also needed.
Can you help with these?

Take a look at the 38-001 casement lock. See if the 2-2/8" mounting hole spacing matches up to yours. Also check the gap between the hook and handle base.
