Window parts

A quick learner from USA says:
I am attaching photos of our window shaft and the cord that's broken. The length of the shaft is 29 inches long. The windows were made by Phillips and our home is 19 years old. Please let me know if you have the replacement part for our window.

Thanks for posting. Can you confirm the length of the metal channel? Based on your stamp, it should be 26", not 29". In the meantime, see our Series 385 channel balance. I believe this should match your Series, but carefully look it over to confirm.
A quick learner from Davis, CA says:
you we're right and thank you. It was 26". I'll check the series 385 on the website and order. This is one of many balances needing replacement. Thanks again for your assistance. Bill

I went in to order and there is a "Required Options" table. I don't know which one to select. Can you help? The length indeed is 26". Thanks, Bill

A stamp of "25 4" usually corresponds to our 2540 option, but you can always weigh your sash to confirm.
