Window parts

A quick learner from Jupiter, FL says:
I have some channel balances with the number 1620, 2820 and 2420. Would these be the same as your S377? I also need some of the nylon parts that go in the top of the window that hold down the channel balance.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
The stamps you gave us are not identification codes, unfortunately. I cannot use them to confirm your Series. The best way to be sure that the Series 377 is a match is to compare the physical details of the nylon caps on either end of the metal channel to what you have now.
