Window parts help

A quick learner from Jefferson wisconsin says:
Hi there I'm trying to get replacement part for my double hung tilt out windows. The windows came with the house so I have idea what brand they are. I need the bottom window pivot bars. The broken one that I have in the picture says 9862. The attached photos show the measurements. It was the best I could do. One of the pictures show an unbroken pivot bar from the top window. In addition I need a couple of the coil balance shoes. I have no idea how to get the broken one out. But I have attached a couple photos if that help.
I would be grateful for any help.
Thank in advance

That is one short pivot bar. We have a couple that may work. The overall length doesn't need to be the same, just the hole spacing; specifically, the distance between the hole used to install the pivot bar and the end of the pin itself. Start by looking at our 26-226 and 26-352, these may be a good place to start. If you also need a new pivot shoe, see our 15-175.
